How My Grandpa Got Rid of Glasses at 55? Well, a good eyesight is what all desire but a few get. In the days now, we all have so many screens to look at. These screens, in one way or the other diminish our Eyesight’s goodness. Or, as we can say, the light rays, which these screens emit cause harm to the Vision of our Eyes. Ironically, wearing a Spectacle, looks cool to me. You know why? Because I have an eyesight, which is good enough that I do not have to wear a spectacle. But, what would it be like if I had a blurry vision, which would not let me take the glasses off? Sure, I’d feel bad about it and could feel shy too as a result. That is exactly where this article focuses. Here, I share How My Grandpa Got Rid Of Glasses at 55.

How My Grandpa Got Rid of Glasses at 55? Tips for a Better Vision

Well, trust me that people do not actually trust me when I tell them this. And, probably, for this reason I am writing about this. May be to make people believe that getting your blurry and old aged vision fixed back to something, near to normal is possible. Of course, it can’t be as good as that of a new born baby, Duh! But, yes you can accomplish it.

And, the best thing about this is that you need not do a lot about it. There are no medicines to be taken, no doses are to come in. It is completely organic. Just as Natural as it could be. So, let us now give a read to what my Grandpa’s Vision felt like and How He Got Rid of Glasses at 55.

What it feels like having an Old and Blurry Vision?

Speaking about this, I just presume that more than 50% of the readers of this article are actually living in their 40’s or above that (Okay, you can say that I am generalizing). Talking further, the reason for this assumption is nothing. But, If you are actually in that age group, you probably know how it feels to have a weak eyesight. It sure feels bad, and brings in lack of confidence about your well being, when you have to put on glasses every-time you watch TV. While, you clearly can remember days when you could read, write and view anything as clear as a crystal.

How My Grandpa Got Rid of Glasses at 55, is a lot about his dedication. He was dedicated and had a strong will, to achieve the goal. Actually, he wanted to feel the same again. Carrying a pair of Spectacles, everywhere you go, sure burdens you and your nose up. And, once it has hit you, you can do only one thing out of the 2 options. Either, sit back and befriends with the situation, or enemy it and eliminate it quick. For a Better Vision, my Grand Dad chose the latter.

How He Did It? How Can You Improvise Your Eyesight to Get Rid Of Your Glasses?

Now, talking of improving your eyesight, you need to pay attention to a few things. These things include your daily routine, your eating habits and workout as well. My Grandpa, has kept himself fit. He will be 79 this year and his veins and arteries, are as clean and fit as those of an 18 year old boy. I didn’t make this up, the Doctor said it. So, yes he is as fit as a normal person can be at 79.

How he achieved this is the question here. He has eaten the right food. This sure doesn’t mean that he skips on the delicious food that my mom cooks. He loves to feed his tongue. But, above all he used to work out right.

Also, his schedule when I was 4-5 Years old, used to have him walk for 5 Miles, everyday, and I used to assist him as a kid. He then used to do Yoga-Aasans. He sure kept a good diet. Here below is what all your diet needs to have for a Better Vision. Sure, this is how My Grandpa Got Rid Of Glasses at 55.

The Right Diet is very Important for a Good Eyesight. Know How?

“You are what you eat”. This is rightly said, also in one of my previous articles, I had mentioned this quote. This is really important to have a good right diet to achieve any physical goal associated to your body. Same goes for the eyesight too. A good eyesight is built of a lot of vital nutrients. Below here, I am mentioning those.

  • Green leafy vegetables like spinach, kale, and collards
  • Eggs, nuts, beans, and other non-meat protein sources
  • Oranges and other citrus fruits or juices

(My Grandpa being a Lacto-Ovo Vegetarian omitted these)
  • Salmon, tuna, and other oily fish
  • Pork and Oysters

For this reason, Vitamins are really important to build and maintain a good eyesight. My Grandpa used to have all the Green Vegetables. He still does. Junk was and is mostly irrelevant to him (Cheat Days, you know).
